1. Agreement to Terms

iLoveMD is a product of RBJ Global LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you") and RBJ Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," "iLoveMD"). By accessing or using the website at iluvmd.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The Service

iLoveMD is a free, browser-based document conversion tool. All conversions run client-side in your browser; we do not upload, store, or process your files on our servers. The service is provided as-is for personal and commercial use within the limits of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

iLoveMD owns the website's design, branding, and code, protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the site for its intended conversion purpose. You retain all rights to the documents you convert — we never claim ownership of your content because we never receive it.

Because iLoveMD processes files entirely in your browser, any content you convert stays on your device. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to convert and for ensuring you have the right to do so.

6. Third-Party Services

iLoveMD loads the PDF.js library from a public CDN and is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services, including those linked from this site.

7. Future Paid Services

iLoveMD may in the future offer paid features such as an API tier and a downloadable desktop application with license keys. Those services will have their own terms, pricing, and refund policies disclosed at signup. These Terms govern only the free web application at iluvmd.com.

Your use of iLoveMD is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. iLoveMD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that conversions will be error-free, that formatting will be preserved perfectly for every document, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLoveMD and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the service is free, your remedy is limited to discontinuing use of the site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iLoveMD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

iLoveMD may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice. We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
