The Short Version
iLoveMD converts your documents entirely inside your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. We don't store them, we don't see them, we don't share them, and we can't recover them. We also don't use tracking cookies.
1. Who We Are
iLoveMD is a free, browser-based document conversion tool and a product of RBJ Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("iLoveMD," "we," "us"). You can reach us at info@iluvmd.com.
2. What We Collect
The free web app at iluvmd.com does not require an account and does not collect personal information. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying data to use the converter.
3. What Happens to Your Files
All conversions — PDF to Markdown, DOCX to Markdown, Markdown to HTML, and every other format supported — run as JavaScript inside your browser tab. The moment you close the tab, any in-memory file content is gone. Nothing is transmitted to iluvmd.com or any third party during conversion.

5. Third-Party Services
We load the PDF.js library from a public CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) so PDF parsing can run in your browser. The CDN provider may log the HTTP request for operational purposes, but no file content is transmitted. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer) for abuse prevention and operational security.
6. Children's Privacy
iLoveMD is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Future Paid Services
If and when iLoveMD offers paid features (such as an API tier or a desktop application), those services will have their own privacy terms disclosed at signup, and they may require an account and payment information processed by third-party providers. The free web app described here will remain client-side and file-private.
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data through the free web app, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have used a future paid iLoveMD service and wish to exercise data rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA, email us at the address below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of iLoveMD after changes constitutes acceptance.
